Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to establish and lead our new Fire Protection Services operations in Arizona. This is a ground-up leadership role, requiring a deep understanding of the fire protection industry, including ANSUL systems, fire suppression, alarms, sprinklers, and other life safety systems.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for setting up the entire operation, from securing office space and hiring a skilled team to developing business strategies and expanding our presence in the region. This position requires a combination of operational expertise, business development skills, and leadership experience to drive success in a new market.

Requirements:

โ€ข Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems, including ANSUL systems, fire suppression, sprinklers, alarms, and NFPA codes.

โ€ข Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in fire protection services, with branch management, business development, or operations leadership experience.

โ€ข Education & Certifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

โ€ข NICET certification (Level II or higher in relevant fire protection disciplines) is a strong plus.

โ€ข Manufacturer certifications (e.g., ANSUL, Kidde, Amerex) preferred.

โ€ข Leadership Skills: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team in a technical service industry.

โ€ข Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to generate leads, close contracts, and develop long-term client relationships.

โ€ข Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.

โ€ข Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, regulatory agencies, and team members.

โ€ข Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with fire protection software, Service Trade etc.

โ€ข Travel: Ability to travel within Arizona as needed to establish operations, meet with clients, and oversee projects
