Collaborating/Protocol Physician (Part-Time / Contract)
SANZIE Healthcare Services, Inc.
Georgia (Remote Collaboration with Required State Licensure)
Position Overview
SANZIE Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Georgia-licensed physician for a paid APRN collaborating/protocol physician opportunity.
This role supports the development of a growing practice providing psychiatric/behavioral health and family practice/primary care services. The physician will collaborate with an experienced APRN currently certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and completing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) training, with plans to sit for FNP boards soon.

  • Experience with APRN protocol agreements/collaborative practice preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and sign Georgia Nurse Protocol Agreements
  • Provide ongoing clinical consultation as required
  • Conduct chart review and quality oversight in accordance with Georgia law
  • Support development and maintenance of clinical protocols
  • Assist with compliance related to APRN prescriptive authority
  • Offer professional guidance on clinical scope, safety, and standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license
  • Current good professional standing
  • Willingness to collaborate with an APRN-led practice model
  • Understanding of Georgia APRN collaboration/protocol requirements (or willingness to review)
  • Strong communication skills and timely responsiveness
  • Comfort with:
    • Psychiatric medication management and/or
    • Primary care protocols (based on specialty)
