This position is offering a pay range of $39 - $40.57/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. * Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
* Supporting data room management
* Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
* Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
* Prior experience with M&A preferred.
Education: BA/BS required
Experience: 3-4 years contract MANAGEMENT experience
Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
