Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate, administer, and manage clinical, vendor, consulting, and outsourcing contracts.
• Support contract lifecycle activities from development through execution and fulfillment.
• Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) data to support budgeting, negotiations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, legal, reimbursement, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review contract redlines and provide recommendations based on legal and business implications.
• Track contract progress, maintain status updates, and ensure timely contract execution.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain contract records, historical data, and documentation.
• Support outsourcing proposal preparation, contract analysis, and supplier interactions.
• Manage contract negotiations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with informed consent and clinical agreement processes.
• Examine cost estimates, service agreements, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for completeness and accuracy.
• Support smaller projects related to contract management and implementation.
