Contract Manager II (Government)
Woodward's Industrial Segment is seeking a Contract Manager who is primarily responsible for managing government contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements. Ideal candidates will have experience with FARs (esp. FAR Part 12), DFARs, commercial items assertions, Buy America Act certifications, COTS, and working as a prime contractor and/or subcontractor. This role will also support commercial contracting activities for supply and service agreements as well as NDAs and purchase agreements. Partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues, support compliance, and manage risks. Handles customer or regional contract ownership, including make whole requests and flow down requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting efficient contract processes.
Estimated annual base pay: $94,000-$135,000
