Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with a healthcare-leading company known for growth in their central region and a dynamic work environment.
We are partnering with our client to find a Contract Recruiter to support their expanding healthcare team, especially in their largest region. This role offers the opportunity to engage in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for a variety of clinical and pharmacy roles. Based remotely, this position provides a great chance to develop full cycle recruiting skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and coordinate recruitment efforts
  • Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels
  • Screen applicants, review resumes, and set up interview schedules
  • Conduct phone screens and facilitate interview processes in partnership with hiring managers
  • Extend offers to candidates and discuss benefits, passing off successful hires for onboarding
  • Manage a high volume of reqs, typically 20-25 at a time, in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in Workday ATS

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare space (3-5 years of experience)
  • Ability to handle a large requisition load efficiently and effectively
  • Adaptable, moldable, and open to refining recruiting methods
  • (Nice to Have) Experience with Workday and agency recruiting background
