We are currently seeking an experienced:

ATTORNEY -ย Associate General Counsel

Job Summary:

  • Provide advice and guidance to ensure that Liberty Healthcare maintains business and operational practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have minimum two yearsโ€™ experience.
  • Ability to manage contracts, including contract drafting and review.
  • Must have law degree. Admitted to practice in the state in which the Liberty Healthcare maintains its headquarters/principle place of business, North Carolina.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates.
  • Exposure to and/or familiarity with the following areas of law: healthcare, employment and labor, corporations, HIPAA, contracts, transactions, torts, property, cyber law and privacy.
