Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support a Government Client. The selected candidate will leverage Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, to develop data-driven solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support mission-critical initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical professional with experience in data analytics, business process automation, application development, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze collected data and transform it into meaningful reports and visualizations that are easy for stakeholders to interpret.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases and data management systems.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions to support business operations.
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and automate business processes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and related components.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technology solutions that improve business processes.
  • Assist in drafting, revising, and recommending policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with established standards.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives through automation and analytics.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on development experience using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Proven experience with data analytics, data mining, evaluation, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting a federal government environment.
  • Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business process automation initiatives.
Security Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a Government Background Investigation (BI).
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
