A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IAM Operations Analyst
 
Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)
 
As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will:
 
Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Engage business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges.
  • Understand business workflows and dependencies to align IAM solutions with real-world use cases.
  • Act as an Engagement Partner ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams.
  • Translate feedback into actionable product insights to improve IAM capabilities and user experience.
  • Evaluate and interpret information security policies, standards, and processes for consistent adoption.
  • Advise on the development and delivery of IAM enterprise solutions.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Information Security Analysis experience.
  • Information Security experience with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, GCP, on-prem AD).
  • Understanding of IAM capabilities (authentication, identity governance, PAM, MFA, directory services, API access management, identity analytics).
  • Knowledge of IAM security principles such as least privilege and zero-trust architecture.
  • Experience in IAM operations, triage, or support functions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
