This is a 2-3 Months Contract to Fulltime Permanent Hire.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Designer I will serve as technical SME for the development, configuration, administration and support of the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management System (MSCRM). The role works closely with the Business Service Analysts and the greater CRM team to design and implement upgrades and enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Designer I is responsible for developing customizations, workflows, plugins, and extensions to meet the business needs of our customers. The candidate must have an understanding of best practices for CRM and experience architecting enterprise CRM solutions.
Essential duties include:
Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions to satisfy business needs
Advocate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting
Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained.
Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team
Provide operational, analytical, and technical support on projects that impact/incorporate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Assist in the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that deliver the business capability necessary to support company objectives.
Write technical specifications for designed solutions
Analyze workflow, business processes and data flows, assist in documenting solutions with MS Office and Visio
Develop CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports to satisfy business needs
Participate in application upgrades and execute post install activities such as smoke testing
Other duties include:
Assist in coding product features and validating end-to-end execution and performance of business processes
Provide third level application services support to internal business users
Performs in-depth research and identifies sources of production issues
Manage the integrity of all information, workflows, reports, and filters utilized in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Demonstrate superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure
Receive assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined.
Keep manager advised of progress on all projects on a timely basis
Perform other duties generally expected of administrative staff personnel
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
Without a degree, 3 years of equivalent experience is required
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2015 or 2016 is required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing workflows utilizing a system such as OnBase, SharePoint or Dynamics CRM is required
Knowledge of Microsoft products including: Visual Studio .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services, SharePoint Portal Server and Scribe. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2015 or 2016
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unified Service Desk. Knowledge of JavaScript/ECMAScript, jQuery or similar JS libraries, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, XML, XSL, and FETCH XML
Familiarity with source control integration. Knowledge of image manipulation software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Paint.Net)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle management with emphasis on Agile techniques and methodologies such as SCRUM and XP. Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office, Visio, and Adobe.
Some experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. Knowledge or familiarity with SQL Reporting Services or similar reporter writers.
Project management and technical writing experience (e.g. writing Use Cases, Test Scripts, User Guides)
Interviewing, listening, facilitation, observational, writing, interpersonal and modeling skills
