Job Description:

This position is responsible for administering contract closeouts, training new employees, analyzing contracts to ensure accuracy of the ERP data, and supporting audits.

Essential Functions:

Work with customers, management, and program teams to resolve issues, secure approvals, analyze the ERP system against customer records, and ensure successful contract closeout
Serve as the point of contact for the customer during contract closeout of programs
Train new employees on the ERP systems, CLMS, OMS, repair tool, customer systems, etc.
Support contract history research, compliance reviews, and supplier MDG account management
Assist with DCAA, internal, and external audits
Generate and maintain contract documentation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

In-depth knowledge and experience with FAR and DFARS and functional knowledge of SAP and/or Peoplesoft input and report generation
Experience with the administration and closeout of DoW contracts
Experience effectively interfacing at all levels of company management
6+ years of current experience effectively interfacing with Government customers and other customer organizations
Able to travel as required
Experience in problem solving through creative solutions drawing from prior experience is preferred
Ability to effectively communicate via formal letters on complicated and sensitive subjects, possess proper email skills, and possess excellent verbal communication skills
Experience and ability to manage complex projects or processes
