Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Position Type: Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

In-home families needing ABA support. Number of clients 1 to 4.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress using data-driven methods and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations related to behavior analysis services.
  • Document all services and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
