The Role
We are seeking a talented Commercial Sales Leader to drive revenue growth from initial market entry through scale to sell integrated solutions for commercial, enterprise, education, entertainment, and public-space environments. This role requires experience selling complex AV solutions through systems integrators, consultants, and strategic partners, as well as the ability to build a sales organization from the ground up.
This is a hybrid role based out of Fishers, IN. Candidates need to be local or able to regularly travel to our Fishers office.
Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with AV systems integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
  • Recruit, enable, and support integrator partners with training, tools, and technical resources
  • Drive co-selling activities with integrators from opportunity identification through project close
  • Support RFPs, bids, and large-scale project pursuits
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value AV LED opportunities with commercial customers
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new projects and repeat business
  • Negotiate complex contracts involving hardware, integration, and service
  • Establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting
  • Track KPIs, pipeline health, and partner performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales managers or account executives as the business grows
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on AV LED display solutions, integration requirements, and use cases
  • Stay current on AV technology trends, competitors, and emerging standards
  • Provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and service offerings

Qualifications
  • Proven success selling complex technology solutions (AV and LED technology preferred)
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on in early-stage growth
  • Experience selling to technology integrators strongly preferred
  • Understanding of integrator programs preferred
  • Established relationships with national and regional AV integrators and experience selling to them preferred
  • Familiarity or quick study of AV standards, design/build workflows, and consultant-led sales cycles
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
