JOB PURPOSE:

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, documenting, improving, and ensuring adherence to key business processes across functions (Service, Operations, and Commercial) within the organization. This role will drive a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and implement measurement systems to ensure process effectiveness and compliance. This role operates as a shared process improvement resource anchored in Service & Repair, supporting Service, Operations, and Commercial.

Pay Range: $78,960 to $108,570. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the focal point for process improvement opportunities across the assigned organization.
  • Identify, map, and document critical business processes, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and standardization.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including cost-benefit analyses and change management plans.
  • Facilitate and lead process improvement projects, workshops, and Kaizen events to drive measurable results.
  • Establish and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, dashboards, audits) to monitor adherence and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are adopted and sustained.
  • Facilitate training and guidance for staff on new or revised processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all process documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and documentation.
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. 
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. 
  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, operations analysis, or related roles. 
  • Prior experience Microsoft Visio or other process map software. 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, certification)
  • Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team.
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven prior ability to act as a change agent and leading the acceptance of change within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives. 
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping/documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate complex data and develop actionable solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate challenging discussions and drive consensus across multiple user groups.
  • Experience in developing and implementing measurement systems for process adherence.
