We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Technical Program Manager (SM/TPM) to support Agile engineering teams delivering DI applications in a SAFe environment. In this role, you'll act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, empowering teams to deliver highquality, customercentric solutions while continuously improving flow, predictability, and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a customercentric servant leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering selforganization, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coach engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and LeanAgile principles to drive healthy, highperforming teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Iteration Planning, Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement, ensuring they are purposeful, timeboxed, and outcomedriven
  • Actively support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ARTlevel events, enabling alignment and predictable delivery across teams
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized, and healthy backlogs aligned to customer and business outcomes
  • Drive delivery discipline by ensuring work items are properly sized, estimated, updated, and closed according to team standards
  • Use Azure DevOps metrics and queries to monitor backlog health, sprint execution, flow, and aging work items
  • Identify, escalate, and help remove teamlevel and crossteam impediments to improve flow and protect team focus
  • Facilitate dependency management and crossteam collaboration within the ART to support reliable delivery
  • Leverage delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) to support forecasting, transparency, and datadriven continuous improvement
  • Lead impactful retrospectives that result in measurable improvements and innovative ways of working
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, TPMs, Product Owners, RTEs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the program
  • Model collaborative, agile leadership behaviors and help strengthen Agile adoption across the organization
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role supporting multiphase software programs
  • Strong, handson experience with Scrum and SAFe in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning events with confidence and clarity
  • Demonstrated success coaching teams and leaders toward higher levels of Agile maturity
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, delivery tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflictresolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • SAFe certification (SSM, SPC) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experience supporting delivery across multiple teams or ARTs
  • Background in technical or software delivery environments
  • Strong experience using metrics to drive accountable delivery and continuous improvement
  • Experience delivering Utilities & Energy solutions, ideally including AMI (Automated Metering Infrastructure) or gridedge
    technologies
