Become a Key Player as a Sales Enablement & Communications Manager

You will lead part-time sales and field communications enablement to drive clarity, consistency, and readiness across B2B routes to market. You will partner with product marketing, enablement, and GTM stakeholders to ensure field teams have timely, usable materials. This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with flexibility for remote work in the PST time zone and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a 6 month contract, lasting until 10/30/2026.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Lead planning and orchestration of ongoing enablement, establishing a consistent cadence and aligning priorities across routes to market
  • Create and own field-facing communications that translate product and roadmap updates into clear, concise messaging for sales audiences
  • Develop and maintain core sales messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across downstream assets and channels
  • Establish and maintain systems that connect inbound inputs with outbound communications, ensuring visibility and two-way flow of information
  • Oversee enablement content ecosystem health: content mapping, lifecycle management, and gap/redundancy identification
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather field feedback, measure enablement effectiveness, and iterate on priorities
  • Pilot new formats and channels (e.g., modular motion kits, just-in-time refreshers, learning paths, templates) and handle localization needs
  • Apply responsible AI to streamline content creation, tagging, and localization workflows
  • Deliver enablement plans, core messaging artifacts, and a maintained view of communications across channels
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, enablement, or related roles
  • Ability to commit ~20 hours per week (part-time) and flexibility for afternoon hours or specific days of the week
  • Experience developing sales messaging, enablement plans, and field communications
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with PMM, Enablement, and GTM stakeholders
  • Proven ability to organize and document enablement materials and measure adoption/usability
