About the role:

Manage the strategic execution of promotional content development for assigned therapeutic areas (TAs), partnering closely with Brand teams, Content Excellence, Agile pods, and agency partners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable content aligned to brand strategy, customer engagement objectives, and business priorities. Support adoption of evolving content capabilities, processes, and ways of working to enable efficient, consistent, and impactful content execution across channels.

How you will contribute:
  • Strategic Content Execution: Manage strategic execution of promotional content initiatives across assigned therapeutic areas (TAs), ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable assets.

  • Brand Partnership and Strategy Alignment: Partner closely with Brand teams and the Commercial Content Lead to understand brand strategy, marketing priorities, and customer engagement objectives, ensuring promotional content is executed in alignment with strategic direction and business goals.

  • Agile Workflow and Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Brand teams, pod teams, and the Promotional Review Team (PRT) to support near- and long-term planning, sprint workflows, prioritization, retrospectives, and content review processes, ensuring compliant, medically accurate content is delivered efficiently.

  • Content Operations and Capability Adoption: Collaborate with Marketing and Content Excellence team members to support adoption of evolving content capabilities, modular content approaches, governance standards, tagging strategies, and operational processes that enhance scalability, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Content and Asset Management: Ensure appropriate tagging, organization, and management of promotional content assets within digital systems to support reporting, discoverability, reuse, and operational effectiveness.

  • Therapeutic Area and Brand Understanding: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of assigned therapeutic areas, customer dynamics, and brand strategy to ensure content execution decisions are contextually aligned and commercially relevant.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements in content workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and execution processes to improve team effectiveness, speed-to-market, and overall content quality.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcare marketing, communications, advertising

  • Experience working with promotional content and MLR review

  • Experience managing creation of:

    • HCP promotional materials

    • Digital assets

    • Sales rep materials

    • Email / CRM content

    • Websites or modular content

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with budget management, vendor contracts, and financial oversight.

  • Experience submitting assets through Veeva

  • Worked on MLR review cycles

  • Managed digital and HCP promotional content production

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$137,000.00 - $215,270.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
