The SeniorVideo &Content ProductionManagerwill lead the planning, development, and execution of engaging multimedia content that advancesGuardant'smission, amplifies executive thought leadership, and brings our impact to life through visual storytelling. This role combines content strategy, video production, and creative leadership to deliver high-quality content across corporate, social, digital, andothercommunications channels.

Working closely with Corporate Communications,Investor Relations,Marketing, Medical Affairs,and executive leadership, this individual willidentifycompelling stories, manage production from concept through distribution, and create content that helps audiencesto help understand with Guardant's story.

This role is designed to build Guardant Health's internal content production capabilities. The successful candidate will be a hands-on creator who can independently develop high-quality content from concept through final delivery while strategicallyleveragingexternal agency partners to scale production for larger campaigns and specialized projects. Over time, this individual will helpestablishand grow an in-house content studio that enables faster, more efficient, and more authentic storytelling across the company.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, experienced content producer, and strong operator who can translate complex scientific and healthcare topics into engaging, audience-centric content. Video Content Development & Production

  • Lead the development and execution of short-form and long-form video content across corporate, executive, social, digital, and external communications channels.

  • Identifycompelling stories across the organization and transform them into engaging multimedia content that supports Guardant Health's strategic priorities.

  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, interview guides, and production plans for a wide range of content initiatives.

  • Produce content including:

  • Support major company milestones, including product launches, medical conferences, earnings communications, corporate announcements, executive visibility programs, and industry events through strategic content development.

  • Collaborate with Digital & Social Media teams to align content creation with campaignobjectives, audience engagement goals, and platform best practices.

  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets, including social clips, executive highlights, event recaps, and multimedia storytelling formats.

  • Maintain an integrated content calendar that provides visibility into upcoming content opportunities, campaigns, and key corporate moments.

Education

Experience

  • 8+ years of experiencein content production, video production, multimedia storytelling, corporate communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven experience producing short-form and long-form video content from concept through final delivery.

  • Experience creating executive thought leadership, corporate storytelling, social media, and brand content.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
