  • Manage external agencies and production partners primarily for overflow capacity, specialized capabilities and early‑stage concepting when needed.
  • Balance quality, cost and speed by optimizing in‑house vs. outsourced production, with a focus on building internal capability over time.
  • Continuously improve content production processes, asset performance and reuse based on feedback, analytics and stakeholder needs.

  • Equivalent agency or in‑house creative leadership considered.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction and content production within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing or working within multidisciplinary production teams (design, video, digital content) with a strong focus on execution quality and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of how content supports demand generation, customer journeys and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of content production across formats, including video, digital, social, campaign and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience building scalable content systems, templates and asset libraries that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, timelines, priorities and production pipelines in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors, with an understanding of when to leverage external support vs. internal capabilities.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction and creative guidance into practical, high‑quality outputs that meet business needs.
