6 month internship starting July 2026

Content Production Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Key missions in the role include the below:  

Organization and Planning of Shootings: 

  • Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots (briefs, moodboards, etc.). 

  • Manage the shooting schedule and ensure compliance with deadlines for the organization and delivery of content to brands and markets. 

  • Check the availability of products before the shoot (orders, preparation, and shipment). 

  • Supervise the management of product inventory designated for shoots, in coordination with internal teams. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Participate in the creation of creative briefs for the shoots, in close collaboration with the digital, marketing, and design teams. 

  • Contribute to the production of visual content, from shooting to post-production (retouching, back-and-forth communication, and validation with brands, etc.). 

  • Assist in selecting and sorting post-shoot visuals for various platforms (e-retail, social media, etc.). 

  • Participate in the creation of toolkits for upcoming launches for the Prestige & Consumer Beauty divisions. 

Tracking and Reporting: 

  • Ensure the tracking of ongoing projects, from preparation to final delivery. 

  • Participate in debriefing meetings to analyze shooting results and propose areas for improvement. 

  • Write debriefing notes after each meeting. 

  • Update the database of creations carried out by the Content Hub (portfolio, presentations, etc.). 

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

Part of the Global CDO Team and reporting to E-retail Content Production content team, the role is responsible for the deployment and go-to-market of the Global approved e-Commerce assets for both Prestige & Consumer Beauty division. 

The role’s objective is to maximise the quality and consistency and depth of in-market e-Retail consistency and depth of in-market e-Retail executions of COTY Brands executions, driving Global Brands guidelines, leveraging available content tools and communicating best practices regularly in order to satisfy the needs of the e-Retail channel across all markets.  

The role interacts both internally to support and drive Global & Local teams with their eRetail executions as well as externally to drive Content agency for e-retail content creation/localization/implementation when needed. 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

The successful candidate will have the following profile: With a 4/5-year degree from a communication school or university, you already have one experience in the production or content department (agencies or clients side).
