Job description

Position Summary
We're looking for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media. This is more than scheduling posts—it's about creating content that people actually want to watch.
You'll be responsible for bringing our brands to life through compelling photo and video content while managing our social media presence across multiple hospitality, winery, brewery, restaurant, and spirits brands. From developing concepts and filming engaging Reels to writing captions and analyzing performance, you'll play a key role in how our audience experiences our brands online.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creator, strategist, and marketer. They're curious, trend-aware, confident behind and in front of the camera, and excited to experiment with new ideas.

What You'll Do
  • Develop engaging social-first content that tells authentic brand stories.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content using primarily an iPhone and mobile production tools.
  • Edit compelling short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute content shoots at restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, events, and behind-the-scenes locations.
  • Create content that balances current social trends with long-term brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, culinary, beverage, events, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Write engaging captions and copy that reflect each brand's voice.
  • Manage day-to-day publishing across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and interact with followers in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging trends, creators, and best practices.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Support paid social campaigns and promotions (experience managing Meta Ads is a plus).

What We're Looking For
  • A naturally creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content perform on social media.
  • Excellent eye for composition, lighting, framing, and visual aesthetics.
  • Experience capturing high-quality content using an iPhone.
  • Knowledge of camera movement, transitions, pacing, and editing techniques that keep viewers engaged.
  • Proficiency editing short-form video using apps such as InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, audience targeting, and digital marketing principles.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others during content shoots.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident interacting with guests, staff, and collaborators.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to test new ideas and continually improve.
  • Photography experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, social scheduling platforms, analytics, and reporting is preferred.
  • Experience creating and managing paid social advertising campaigns is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate
You are someone who notices great content everywhere. You understand why one Reel gets 20,000 views while another gets 200. You think in shots, transitions, hooks, and story arcs. You're constantly saving inspiration, testing new ideas, and finding creative ways to showcase experiences that make people stop scrolling.
You don't just follow trends—you know how to adapt them to fit a brand without losing authenticity.
You can walk into a winery, brewery, restaurant, or event and immediately start envisioning dozens of pieces of engaging content.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience in hospitality, food amp; beverage, wine, beer, or spirits.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Drone photography/videography.
  • Copywriting experience.
  • Paid social advertising experience, particularly Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign reporting.
