In this role, you'll support strategic recruitment marketing initiatives focused on specialty departments, including Orthotics & Prosthetics and Respiratory Therapy. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and department leaders to create engaging content, improve candidate experiences, and develop materials that help attract top talent.
This internship offers hands-on experience in employer branding, content development, recruitment marketing, and cross-functional collaboration within a healthcare organization.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Temporary internship for the Fall 2026 semester
  • 12-week internship
  • Minimum of 25 hours per week
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
What You'll DoRecruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
  • Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials for key clinical departments
  • Create digital recruitment collateral, including flyers, graphics, presentations, and employee spotlight features
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement efforts
  • Organize and maintain recruitment marketing assets and content libraries
