Job Summary:
Orkes is a platform for developers to build durable, distributed event-driven applications. They are seeking a Content Engineer who will connect technical solutions with high-quality content and community engagement, ensuring developers have a seamless experience with their product.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Get hands-on with our product, APIs, and platform capabilities
โ€ข Build sample applications, integrations, and use cases
โ€ข Translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable insights
โ€ข Create technical content such as:
โ€ข Blog posts
โ€ข Tutorials and guides
โ€ข Documentation improvements
โ€ข Use-case walkthroughs
โ€ข Develop content that helps developers go from first touch โ†’ successful implementation
โ€ข Experiment with modern content approaches, including AI-assisted workflows
โ€ข Engage with developers across channels (Slack, Discord, forums, etc.)
โ€ข Answer questions, unblock users, and gather feedback
โ€ข Help foster an active, supportive developer community
โ€ข Surface insights from the community back to product and engineering teams
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Strong technical background (engineering, developer tools, APIs, or similar)
โ€ข Experience creating technical content (blogs, tutorials, documentation, etc.)
