AEM Authoring Specialist
Fulltime
Location: New York
  • Experienced hands-on execution, validation, and maintenance of multilingual web content across our website using our Content Management System (CMS) built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Digital Asset Management (DAM); and custom web tools
  • Work with marketing, localization, and IT, to implement requested updates to web content
  • Authoring, validating, submitting content for localization, uploading and organize assets, and performing QA across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent high quality user experience
  • Troubleshoot issues within the CMS, including component behavior, layout problems, and any publishing errors, applying your attention to detail and platform expertise to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve QA processes, and enhance how AEM is utilized
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEM
  • Strong attention to detail with experience performing QA across multiple browsers and devices
  • Experience managing updates for multilingual websites and supporting localized content workflows
  • Familiarity with DAMs for asset publishing and validation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, localization, and IT teams
  • Experience supporting web releases or sprint-based publishing schedules
  • Familiarity with issue tracking or project management tools
  • Initiative in identifying and improving inefficient workflows or tooling
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration
