Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Sitecore Content Author.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly productive Sitecore Content Author/Page Builder to support ongoing digital initiatives and content execution. This role is focused on building and publishing pages within Sitecore, enabling the digital team to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role supporting a fast-paced team environment with evolving business priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works efficiently, and collaborates effectively across digital, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, update, and publish web pages in Sitecore CMS, focusing on layout, components, and accuracy of content presentation
* Execute against a backlog of content updates and new page builds, ensuring timely delivery
* Partner with digital, product, UX, and marketing teams to translate requirements into fully built pages
* Apply established templates, components, and design patterns to maintain consistency across the site
* Support iterative development of content experiences (e.g., education hubs and content-heavy pages)
* Ensure content is implemented correctly for usability, accessibility, and performance standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements where alignment or direction may be evolving
* Conduct QA checks on pages before publishing (links, formatting, responsiveness, etc.)
* Contribute to continuous improvement in content workflows and publishing efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience working within Sitecore CMS (or comparable enterprise CMS with page-building capabilities)
* Strong experience with page building and content publishing (this is not a writing-heavy role)
* Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume production environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with digital, product, and marketing partners
