Job description

About Us

The human brain is the most complex object in the universe, yet society has accepted one-size-fits all approaches to cognition. The "solutions" (think coffee, energy drinks, and even a friend's rx) were mediocre at best and frankly, made no sense to us. So, we created Thesis, the world's first customized nootropics company. If you've never heard that word before, it's just a fancy way of saying brain supplements. In five years, most will be taking nootropics on the daily and chances are, they'll be ours.

With an exceptional efficacy rate, the world has taken notice - we've raised over $13M in venture capital, garnered interest from leading neuroscientists and athletes, and established ourselves as the industry's leading brand. Now, we're looking for incredible people to help us share the gift of enhanced cognitive function with the world. If you're looking to be a part of a movement - one that involves both immense self-growth and an ambitious mission to pioneer an industry - we'd love to have you on the team.

About The Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong research and analytical capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position will work closely with brand leaders and senior executives to generate insights that deepen our understanding of consumers, identify market opportunities, and inform brand growth strategies across our brands - Thesis and Stasis.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Consumer Research

  • Support the design and execution of both quantitative and qualitative research studies.
  • Lead survey development, data analysis, and reporting for consumer research initiatives.
  • Analyze consumer attitudes, brand perception, and purchasing behaviors to uncover actionable insights.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of consumer brands and product categories, helping shape brand strategy across multiple business lines.

Insights and Analysis

  • Deepen understanding of consumer profiles and category insights to support portfolio brand growth.
  • Monitor cultural and consumer trends relevant to Thesis' and Stasis' brands and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Opportunity to shape insights that influence business development, marketing strategies, and overall brand growth.

Brand and Market Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis and category research to assess market dynamics and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Support brand strategy projects by integrating consumer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Help identify opportunities for new products, partnerships, and licensing deals across the portfolio.
  • Evaluate brand performance and market positioning to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Work with senior leadership on brand strategy initiatives and insight-driven recommendations.

Research Operations

  • Collaborate with external research vendors and data providers to support study execution and manage deliverables.
  • Manage survey fielding, timeliness, and research logistics to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Organize insights and research outputs into internal knowledge resources.
  • Help streamline research processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.

We're Excited About Your:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy, or analytics
  • Proven ability to translate customer data into product or business strategy
  • Experience working with survey data or consumer research
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics, Forsta, or SurveyMonkey
