Addressing these requires a combination of methodological rigor, ongoing training in data analysis tools, and effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are actionable. Staying updated on industry trends and regularly engaging with stakeholders also helps consumer researchers provide relevant and timely recommendations.

  • Leverage complex data sources (primary, syndicated, and behavioral) to uncover insights, quantify impact, and provide evidence-based guidance to stakeholders.
  • Create compelling, story-driven narratives and visualizations that clearly communicate insights, influence stakeholders, and drive business action across functions and seniority levels.

Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing or Research
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in consumer insights within CPG or consumer research agency
  • A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses expertise in consumer research methodologies and processes. Capable of coordinating with research partners from drafting briefs to finalizing contracts and managing projects effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven application of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research initiatives and methodologies to address business objectives, including survey development and execution, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, panel research, ethnographies, focus groups, in-depth interviews, brand tracking, and product research.
  • Proficient in extracting insights from both quantitative, qualitative and syndicated data, connecting the dots across multiple data sources, and making informed business recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. You are articulate, engaging, and capable of bringing your stories to life with clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, adept at aligning top-down, cross-functional, and market priorities, analyses, and insights.
  • Experienced in managing research vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Energized by trying new things and demonstrating agility in ways of working.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
