5+ years of experience in consumer research with a strong focus on qualitative research methods, including research design, participant recruiting, interviewing, analysis, and reporting
Hands-on experience with online research and survey platforms such as dscout, Pollfish, and Qualtrics
Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field required; experience or demonstrated technical aptitude in consumer electronics preferred
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute primary consumer research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Analyze research data and deliver clear, actionable insights and reports
Partner with the product research team to define research objectives and lead research initiatives
Synthesize findings from primary, secondary, and public research sources to support business decisions
Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams to develop effective research plans and ensure actionable deliverables
Conduct competitive analysis of applications and products, identifying strengths, weaknesses, user perspectives, and improvement opportunities
Evaluate new product concepts, usability, and UX design documents to identify user experience issues and feature enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of consumer research experience with emphasis on qualitative research techniques
