About the role

At Reckitt, we are transforming how data and insights drive growth, customer partnerships, and decision-making. As a Data & Insights Associate Manager supporting our Walmart business, you will play a critical role in turning complex data into actionable strategies that influence commercial performance across one of our most important retail partners.
Based in Bentonville, AR, this position offers a hybrid work model (3+ days per week in our state-of-the-art office) and the opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, analytics, category management, and sales. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities, improve business performance, and shape data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
This role is ideal for an analytical and curious problem solver who thrives on translating data into compelling stories, building scalable reporting solutions, and leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to uncover meaningful insights. You'll be a trusted thought partner to sales, category, trade, and insights teams while helping elevate data literacy and analytical capabilities across the business.

Your responsibilities
  • Driving data analytics capabilities, platforms and integration across Reckitt's organization. 
  • Actively manage & develop key 3rd Party providers capabilities processes  
  • Influence and impact business results by interpreting, synthesizing, and communicating insights and recommendations that are simple, engaging, and actionable.
  • Create and Evolve weekly Ad-Hoc business Reporting with changing needs of the business & organization.
  • Collaborate with broader Insights & Analytics team to deliver strategic reporting. Leverage performance data to support long-term planning inputs.
  • Grow data literacy among team members, as a strategic enabler of company goals and objectives. Educate cross-functional users of reporting tools to expand best practices for data use.
  • Apply machine learning techniques (classification and regression models) to large-scale consumer and retail datasets to identify patterns, predict performance trends, and support data-driven targeting strategies.
  • Support category, sales and trade in identifying assortment gaps in the portfolio as needed. 
  • Oversee Engine data attribution, educating analyst team on process and ensuring data accuracy and speed.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

  • People Leadership: experience in managing multiple direct reports.  
  • Analytical: ability to understand business trends and provide projections based on insights.
  • Organized: Has the ability to personally organize and plan effectively, as well as for the team being managed
  • Independent Problem Solver: can think creatively and takes initiative to address new issues, seek new opportunities and identify business building ideas.

US salary ranges
USD $105,000.00 -  $157,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
