The Pipeline Manager plays a strategic and pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of solar projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle. As a key member of the Suntria team, the Pipeline Manager will work closely with internal teams, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project completion, all while championing sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of multiple solar projects, ensuring they progress smoothly and meet critical milestones. Act as a key point of contact to drive alignment and success across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain Project Transparency: Maintain up-to-date project details in our CRM, tracking key milestones, scheduled dates, and changes in real-time. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and proactive throughout each project phase.
  • Optimize Project Workflow: Take charge of managing project backlogs and timelines, working closely with field operations to ensure efficiency, minimize delays, and maximize overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage & Support Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and contractors, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and sharing important documentation at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Adapt & Drive Change: Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in navigating evolving project needs, market conditions, and regulatory environments. Proactively solve problems and adapt strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Leverage your strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure that all parties feel supported and informed throughout the process.
