The salary range for this position is $81,900 - $102,400 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office - Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY
Support the development and execution of consumer engagement strategies for the Fenty Beauty Brands globally, aligned with overall brand strategy, consumer insights/data, and business goals.
Assist in the implementation of creator and community strategies that identify valuable brand advocates and opportunities to drive increased engagement and revenue.
Contribute to the development and delivery of programs that build brand awareness, share of voice, and market share growth across all brand activities on earned, and occasionally owned media (includes Influencer marketing, Events, PR, and Brand earned media presence).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Engagement Strategy
  • Support the Global Comms Director in building and driving the worldwide consumer engagement strategy, focused on expanding Influencer and PR channels, aligned with Global brand strategy, regional synergies, and market-specific objectives.
  • Assist in the long-term strategic planning (3-year plan) to fuel growth of key categories globally.
  • Contribute to defining annual global strategic priorities and allocating resources across influencer marketing, eventing, and PR for all markets.
  • Support the execution of the global earned media strategy - including influencers, makeup artists, and celebrity partnerships - and assist in cultivating strong relationships with agents and talent on a global scale.
  • Help shape global content strategy by identifying influencer- and creator-led content to be leveraged across consumer touchpoints (social, email, media, etc.) for adaptation in local markets.
  • Partner closely with global marketing and regional teams to ensure alignment, share vision, and support project management initiatives emanating from the Global Marcomm organization.
  • Assist in competitive landscape reviews, global trends analysis, benchmarks, and provide input on actionable recommendations to accelerate consumer engagement and reinforce brand relevancy across all markets.

Budget Management
  • Support the Director of Global Comms in building and managing annual budgets for influencers, eventing, and PR; assist in semi-annual revisions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing Campaigns team on campaign briefs to ensure Global relevancy.
  • Assist in monitoring the annual global influencer budget and monthly updates; provide input on tactical plans to maximize ROI and sales impact across zones.

Execution
  • Execute assigned global engagement programs and analyses for the global organization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within Global Marcomm and with regional teams to deliver global brand strategies and enhance performance.
  • Support the development of globally relevant brand content (social, PR, media) for adaptation by local markets, in partnership with Global Media.
  • Assist in global PR and Influencer activations, support building strong global influencer relationships, and assist in the design of Global-led PR/consumer events to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across markets.
  • Develop clear, concise briefs for global agencies and influencers that articulate objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing global press materials including press kits, communications assets, and press releases for worldwide distribution.

Reporting & Insights
  • Track and analyze global earned media KPIs, providing insights to optimize strategy, increase brand love, and improve rankings across markets.
  • Monitor global competitive activity, trends, and best practices, and regularly update Global Marcomm leadership teams.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in Influencer Marketing, PR or equivalent experience preferred
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong interest in the digital space.
  • Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
  • Experience working across digital media and creative: drawing connections between the brand identity and marketing objectives to inform differentiated and effective new media programs that engage customers, increase awareness and spark advocacy
