Role Overview:
The Consumer Experience Manager is an individual contributor and cross-functional leader responsible for shaping how aesthetics competes and wins in eCommerce. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, insights, and digital acceleration, and combines knowledge of Digital Merchandising, Digital Shelf, CX, and e-operations. The ideal candidate brings strong eCommerce acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the communication skills to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Education and Digital teams.
What You Will Do:
  • Strategic Omni-Channel Launch & PDP Excellence: Lead 360° product launches, animations, and retailer specific programs that harmonize the brand's identity with the retailer's unique DNA across both in-store and online platforms. Oversee PDP strategy and management, focusing on best practices to drive discoverability and conversion.

  • Evergreen Marketing Leadership: Define and implement long-term marketing strategies that sustain brand health and core franchise growth beyond launch windows.
  • Data-Driven Innovation Tracking: Establish KPIs to track and measure the impact of product innovations and CX initiatives and synthesize data into actionable insights to inform future marketing investments.
  • Holistic Site Experience: Manage the on-site ecosystem, including unit caps, sample planning, and loyalty programs. Drive the consumer review strategy and community management to build brand authority and trust.
  • 3P Partner Management: Serve as the primary lead for key third-party vendors (e.g., BazaarVoice, LiveRamp, and copywriters)
  • Professional Education & Content Strategy: Coordinate high-authority content featuring aestheticians to elevate brand education. Oversee retailer's organic social media, focusing on community engagement and the integration of professional expertise.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Digital Shelf; demonstrated eCommerce channel experience required.
  • Strong Understanding of the Digital Industry. Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred; strong eCommerce acumen required
  • Experience with Digital Shelf and PIM/DAM systems; Salsify experience a strong plus.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a Must Have Skill. Ability to Create High-Impact Presentations and Proficiency in Telling a Cohesive Story
  • Must be Skilled at Executing Within Tight Timeframes with Excellent Attention to Detail, Accuracy, and a Sense of Urgency.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities Simultaneously and Meet Multiple, Competing Deadlines
  • Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Must Demonstrate Strong Analytical, Organizational, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Gather & Synthesize Data across Multiple Sources to Formulate Insights
