We are currently looking for a Visa and Passport Customer Service Specialist to join our team to assist with obtaining visas and passports for our clients.

Our detailed oriented and motivated Visa and Passport Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for receiving information from our clients to process their visas in a timely manner. Our Specialist will ensure our clients receive top notch customer service while acting as an ambassador of our brand.

The successful candidate will be willing to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and our products.  They must have a high degree of attention to detail. They will enjoy helping individuals and take pride in a job well done.


Responsibilities 
  • As a Visa and Passport Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in making international travel dreams come true. You'll work closely with our clients to facilitate seamless visa and passport applications, providing personalized support and guidance every step of the way.
  • Engage with clients professionally and attentively, understanding their unique travel needs and guiding them through the application process.
  • Gather and review application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant visa and passport regulations
  • Liaise with embassies and consulates to track application statuses and address any inquiries or issues promptly
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive client information
  • Handle urgent and complex cases with poise and diligence, going the extra mile to exceed client expectations
