All About the Role:

Every day, we work to improve the lives of millions by reimagining how people cook, clean, and care for their homes. As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping products and brand experiences by deeply understanding how consumers live, think, and interact with our products.

In this role, you will lead consumer insights initiatives that inform innovation, drive commercial impact, and elevate brand desirability across the Frigidaire and Electrolux brands. You'll translate consumer behavior, needs, and trends into clear, actionable insights through rigorous analysis and compelling storytelling. Success in this role requires strong consumer empathy, strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence crossfunctional partners to turn insight into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple consumer research initiatives endtoend, ensuring methodologies, tools, and vendors align with business objectives and decisionmaking needs

  • Develop annual learning plans and manage insights budgets, timelines, and vendor performance

  • Identify, evaluate, and activate innovative research methodologies to deliver cuttingedge consumer insights

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate factbased insights and strategic recommendations

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable narratives using compelling visual, verbal, and written storytelling

  • Partner crossfunctionally with product development, marketing, and sales to embed consumer insights into innovation and gotomarket strategies

  • Champion insightsdriven decision making to influence product features, enhancements, and commercial priorities

  • Monitor trends and market dynamics to provide forwardlooking consumer and category perspectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, brand strategy, product insights, or related roles supporting business decisionmaking Proven experience analyzing data and presenting insights to inform business decisions

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
