Job Description Marketing Associate Setting/Hours: Hybrid - 2 Days Remote | 8-5 Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Erlanger, Kentucky that's expanding its Shared Services team. Position Summary We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support consumer engagement, brand activation, and marketing initiatives for a portfolio of globally recognized consumer brands. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work closely with brand marketing teams, analyze consumer insights, support social media and influencer initiatives, and collaborate across departments to execute impactful marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about consumer behavior, brand strategy, and marketing. Key Responsibilities Consumer Insights & Brand Engagement Engage with consumers across social media platforms to build positive brand relationships and gather valuable consumer feedback. Monitor consumer trends and identify insights that support marketing and product decisions.

Analyze consumer data from multiple sources and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with international teams to provide market insights that support business and product strategies. Marketing & Brand Support Partner with brand teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Support influencer identification, vetting, and campaign coordination. Assist with social media analytics, campaign reporting, and performance measurement. Contribute to consumer research initiatives and brand activation programs.

Consumer Relations Support and help lead the Consumer Relations team in responding to consumer inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve consumer questions and concerns promptly. Help maintain a positive consumer experience while ensuring brand consistency.

Project Management & Collaboration Coordinate multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously. Build strong relationships across Marketing, Consumer Relations, and international business teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data from multiple sources.

Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with syndicated market research tools such as IRI or Nielsen.

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research. Previous marketing, consumer insights, or brand management experience through internships or professional roles. Experience working collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
