Connect findings across research, customer experience, retail performance, and existing internal data to build a more complete understanding of the business question. Use these platforms to answer business questions, identify key drivers of performance, and provide timely analysis to internal partners. Build working knowledge of related tools and resources, including the Insights Gallery and emerging AI‑enabled research and analytics capabilities.
  • Insight Communication and Activation Create clear, visually effective reports and presentations tailored to the business question and audience. Share findings with cross‑functional partners and help teams understand how consumer insights should influence priorities and decisions. Proactively bring the voice of the consumer into business conversations by connecting evidence to practical implications.

Mine foundational research and connect insights across key frameworks, including our consumer segmentation, Jobs to Be Done, Customer Journey Mapping, and other foundational projects. Support the organization and maintenance of our knowledge management platform by ensuring accessibility, high usability before new research is commissioned.

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a collaborative working style.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI, large language models, and other advanced analytics platforms to analyze large datasets, connect insights across disparate sources, and translate findings into clear business implications.
  • Experience with survey platforms, insight communities, brand tracking, customer experience dashboards, or data-visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools used to interpret survey or customer experience data.
