We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the field management of our cabinet installation program.Job Description:Recruit and manage certified cabinet installers to provide regional coverage for a national kitchen installation program. Perform field measures and manage renovation jobs from start to finish.Position Overview:The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing certified cabinet installation teams to ensure we have the right partner in place. This position is critical to provide the best customer experience where all projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of installation processes and customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Field measure accurately capturing all dimensions, conditions and obstacles for cabinet design and installation.- Supervise and manage installation teams for cabinet installations.- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of installations.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during installations.- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor costs.- Train and mentor installation staff, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry.- General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management and multitasking.- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.- Ability to pass a background checkEducation:- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field preferred.- 2 to 5 years of experience
