Total Construction is hiring an experienced Construction Estimator to support our growing pipeline of commercial projects across Massachusetts and New England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial construction startup where you’ll play a key role in helping us win and launch impactful projects from the ground up.


This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on analyzing plans, building accurate budgets, and collaborating with project teams to set projects up for success from day one. You’ll work closely with leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to prepare competitive bids, develop project estimates, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and constructability.
