Position:ย Construction Superintendent

Location:ย Petaluma, CAย 

Pay: $110,000 - $160,000

Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
  • Manage and lead construction teams ensuring quality workmanship
  • Prepare and maintain project 4 week schedules
  • Communicate project progress during weekly Owner, Architect, Contractor meetings

REQUIRED:

  • 7-10 years construction Superintendent experience with projects in excess of $10M
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great management techniques
  • Organization skills
  • Knowledge and experience with concrete, framing and finish carpentry
  • Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Office 365
  • Able to train on and/or navigate construction management software
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Project
  • The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in construction management
  • Ability to build, manage, and supervise construction projects effectively
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program) implementation / compliance.
  • Excellent supervisory skills
