Sales Representative - Flooring Division - Drive Growth in Multi-Family and Commercial Construction!

Job Overview:

  • Company: Roussos Construction, Inc.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $75,000 per year plus Commission = Potential for $100k+ Annual

  • Main Office: Hayward, CA 94545 (80% Travel Required Across Bay Area).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Project Scope: Flooring Sales - (Multi-Family, Commercial)

The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary face of Roussos Construction, driving revenue growth by connecting multi-family and commercial clients with high-quality construction solutions. This role empowers you to build lasting partnerships while operating with the autonomy and support of a family-oriented team that prioritizes your professional development.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of multi-family, property management, and commercial leads to exceed annual sales targets.

  • Represent the company’s core values of honesty and trust during on-site client consultations and project walk-throughs.

  • Formulate detailed project estimates and proposals that align client needs with company capabilities and budget constraints.

  • Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from the initial sale to project kickoff.

  • Promote the Roussos brand through active networking and relationship management within the Hayward community and surrounding areas.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales milestones to ensure project transparency and organizational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professional reliability and a commitment to honest, transparent business practices.

  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients at various project sites.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the general construction industry.

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical construction concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to measure square footage of floors and walls.

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Sage, and construction software.
