Job description

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

Pre-construction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer including detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts.

Lead internal project pre-construction meetings.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of commercial construction industry experience

Construction software and computer skill experience

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation:

The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour.

The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour.
