Arch Aerial LLC is growing! To continue our mission of providing our customers with high quality unmanned data collection and analysis services, we're adding a 'Sales Manager, Energy' role to the sales team. The 'Sales Manager, Energy' will manage and cultivate new customers in our energy portfolio (along with some current accounts), performing outside sales duties to prospect, close, and develop new accounts.

FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the 'Director of Sales, Energy', our 'Sales Manager, Energy' will create awareness and promote Arch Aerial's product offerings in their industry focus. The 'Sales Manager, Energy', will prospect and then manage new accounts in the energy categories Arch Aerial services, as well as incrementally expand select current accounts. Duties include primarily outside sales duties with cumulative inside relationship development as new accounts are added. The 'Sales Manager, Energy', will assist new energy customers with new project services and new product offering, as well as develop, close, and cultivate new enterprise account leads.

Primary Duties

  • Fully understand and master the Arch Aerial LLC service portfolio for energy customers.
  • Fully understand and master the Arch Aerial LLC service portfolio for energy construction customers (construction in upstream, midstream, and downstream settings).
  • Assist new accounts with new project needs and develop new relationships within new accounts, and expand select assigned current accounts.
  • Promote AALLC's product offerings and develop new account leads through outbound sales strategies.
  • Work directly with AALLC's 'Director of Sales, Energy' and 'Chief Executive Officer' to develop new accounts and opportunities.
  • Work diligently to close those new accounts and opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance the company's brand and reputation in the public's eye.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual initiatives.
  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer and AALLC marketing team with marketing ideas, and any trends within the account portfolio.
  • Identify new incremental services or deliverables to enhance our customers' experiences.

Knowledge Leadership

  • Must have strong knowledge of the energy industry (primarily midstream operators).
  • Must develop and maintain knowledge of potential customers, competition, and the industry.
  • Existing relationships and experience selling services to energy infrastructure operators are highly desired.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with professional experience (2 years) in selling services to upstream, midstream, or downstream energy asset operators (midstream preferred).

Ideal candidates will also possess:

  • An interest in drone (UAS) technology and other related technologies.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professional and high quality presence on LinkedIn and relevant professional networks and associations.
  • A strong team-focused attitude.
