This senior-level role develops executive-level customer relationships, originates and advances complex sales opportunities, and leads cross-functional pursuit teams through technical, commercial, contractual, and risk-management processes. The position is accountable for building Everllence’s market presence in the data center sector, delivering large-scale sales opportunities, and serving as a senior representative of the Everllence brand with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sales and business development efforts for Everllence products and solutions across North America, with emphasis on large data center providers, end users, independent power producers, and other major power generation customers.
  • Establish and expand Everllence’s presence in the data center sector by identifying target accounts, developing account strategies, and positioning Everllence as a trusted long-term solutions partner.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer decision makers, influencers, engineering firms, developers, and other external stakeholders involved in major power and data center projects.
  • Define pursuit strategies for assigned opportunities, including customer engagement approach, value proposition, competitive positioning, commercial strategy, and internal resource alignment.
  • Analyze customer RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; identify critical requirements, risks, deadlines, and decision criteria; and guide bid teams through technical, commercial, and documentation requirements.
  • Lead bid management activities for assigned opportunities, coordinating technical, commercial, legal, tendering, and risk-management inputs to support compliant, competitive, and customer-focused proposals.
  • Partner closely with Tendering, Commercial, Technical, PrimeServ, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop integrated solutions that address customer requirements and support business growth.
  • Prepare, support, and negotiate sales contracts for awarded orders in coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders and in accordance with company directives and approval processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, regulatory developments, and technology requirements; communicate market intelligence to support strategic planning, product development, and future business opportunities.
  • Provide forecasting, pipeline updates, customer activity reports, and market updates using company systems and tools; maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and account information.
  • Represent Everllence at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and presentations, communicating technical and commercial value propositions to senior internal and external audiences.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives through customer insights, market data, product presentations, and technical sales input for power applications.
  • Provide informal leadership, guidance, and knowledge sharing to colleagues and cross-functional teams to strengthen sales effectiveness, customer understanding, and organizational capability.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience: Approximately 10 years of related experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership, preferably within power generation, energy, data centers, oil and gas, or similar industrial markets. Experience with large, complex sales opportunities and strategic customer accounts is required; data center or independent power producer market experience is strongly preferred.

Required 3rd party Certifications/Qualifications: None.

Other skills:
