What The Position is About:

  • Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
  • Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
