Job Description Operations Manager Location: Adanac Park, Southampton Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: 45000 - 55000 Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer / Managing Director The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the production, warehouse, and internal operations functions, creating one seamless operation from customer order through to production and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing production, warehousing, inventory, customer operations, and operational excellence across the Southampton facility. You will manage multiple team leaders and departments, ensuring efficient production planning, warehouse operations, customer service and continuous improvement whilst building a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Production, Warehouse,e and Internal Operations teams. Manage Warehouse Manager, Production Lead, and Customer Operations Team Leaders. Own production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments.

Ensure smooth communication between customer services, production,n and warehousing. Improve stock accuracy, inventory management, and warehouse efficiency. Drive Health & Safety compliance and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.

Monitor operational KPIs including on-time delivery, productivity,y and stock accuracy. Implement continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse processes. Develop SOP compliance and operational best practices.

Support recruitment, training, and development of operational staff. Work closely with commercial teams to ensure customer expectations are achieved. Essential Experience Proven Operations Management experience within manufacturing, engineering, production,n or warehousing.

Strong people management experience, including managing managers or team leaders. Experience overseeing production planning, scheduling, ng and warehouse operations. Excellent understanding of inventory control and operational reporting.

Knowledge of Health & Safety within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills. Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience Manufacturing or engineering environment. Industrial pumps, mechanical engineering, or technical products. Medical, pharmaceutical,l or regulated manufacturing.

Microsoft Planner, SharePoint TNT,t or Microsoft 365 operational tools. Experience supporting ISO or supplier accreditation audits. SOP development and implementation.
