In this role, you will join our Construction practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver scalable, reliable solutions to our teams with consistency and accuracy.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a talented Construction Management Systems Manager who thrives in leading the implementation, optimization, standardization, and adoption of enterprise construction operations systems across the organization.

Construction Systems Support & Administration
  • Support day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise construction technology platforms including Procore and related operational systems.
  • Assist with project setup, template management, permissions, workflow configuration, and system audits.
  • Support implementation of enterprise standards, governance models, and operational best practices.
  • Monitor system utilization, data quality, and compliance with established company standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting user issues and coordinating support with internal teams and external vendors.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Partner with operations and project teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and documenting scalable workflows, SOPs, operational playbooks, and system standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, communication, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to improve alignment between operational processes and technology tools.
  • Participate in rollout planning and implementation of new processes, tools, and operational initiatives.
Training, Adoption & Change Management
  • Assist in development and delivery of training programs for field and office personnel.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing user enablement initiatives for construction technology platforms.
  • Create training materials, reference guides, process documentation, and user resources.
  • Promote user adoption and compliance through engagement, communication, and support.
  • Track adoption metrics and assist with reporting on system utilization and operational effectiveness.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support operational reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking initiatives.
  • Assist leadership teams with gathering and organizing project and operational data.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Operations, Project Management, and Field Leadership to support system integration and workflow alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams and technology stakeholders to support enterprise initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, construction technology, or operational systems support.
  • Experience working within commercial construction, general contracting, or design-build environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Procore and related construction management platforms.
  • Understanding of construction project lifecycle, field operations, and project management workflows.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, system implementation, or operational standardization initiatives.
  • Ability to develop documentation, SOPs, training materials, and workflow processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across field and office teams.
  • Experience supporting training initiatives and user adoption preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting integrations and operational reporting is preferred.
