We're looking for a hands-on operational leader to help drive the next phase of growth for a well-established commercial construction company. We're looking for someone who can lead crews, improve operations, build accountability, and partner with ownership to help scale the business. If you've successfully managed field operations, crews, equipment, scheduling, and construction teams, we'd love to speak with you.

Operations Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across crews
  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, and logistics
