JOB SUMMARY: Renova One is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our Michigan market with a strong focus on operational leadership, customer relationships, and business development within Exterior Services. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations while also helping drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the long-term success of the market. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and relationship-driven - someone who can lead teams, build trust with customers, and identify opportunities for growth. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands fast-paced service operations, can bring structure and accountability to a team, and is comfortable balancing operations, client management, and sales leadership responsibilities. 

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Lead daily operations for the Michigan market, ensuring projects and services are executed efficiently and profitably 
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts 
  • Help drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives within the market 
  • Lead and oversee P&L results for the location
  • Partner closely with operations, project management, and field teams to ensure high-quality service delivery 
  • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to local team members 
  • Support estimating, scheduling, staffing, and operational planning efforts as needed 
  • Monitor project performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs 
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on branch strategy, growth opportunities, and organizational needs 
  • Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent within the market 
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for customer and operational issues
  • Maintain visibility with customers through regular communication, site visits, and relationship management 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  At least 5 years of operations, branch management, project management, or business development experience within   construction, exterior services, restoration, renovations, or related industries
  • Prior experience managing teams and customer relationships in a service-based environment
  • Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
  • Ability to balance operations management with business development responsibilities
  • Experience working with multi-family, commercial, or exterior service clients preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and operational execution
  • Existing industry relationships or market connections strongly preferred
