A growing and well-established concrete and road construction contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations across multiple active job sites. What You’ll Do


● Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple roadwork and concrete construction projects

● Lead and manage project managers, superintendents, and field crews

● Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

● Coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, and equipment utilization across job sites

● Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to support project planning and execution

● Monitor project performance, including cost tracking, productivity, and timelines

● Maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and subcontractors

● Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and local requirements

● Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
