The Branch Operations Manager in the construction industry is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a branch to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable business activities. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction operations or branch management.
  • 10 years of program and project management or operations management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PE in Alabama, Georgia, Florida require
  • RLS in Alabama, Georgia, Florida a plus
