Job description

We are seeking dependable individuals to assist with post-construction cleanup and restoration projects. Responsibilities include cleaning newly completed construction sites, removing dust and debris, and cleaning or restoring customer belongings that may have been affected by smoke or other property damage. This position may require working indoors and outdoors and is subject to changing weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform post-construction cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Remove dust, debris, and construction materials
- Clean and restore customer belongings, including: Furniture, Area rugs, Cabinets and vanities
- Household and personal items
- Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and hand tools
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable climbing and working from step ladders
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Comfortable working around dust, odors, and smoke-damaged materials
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the employer
- Previous cleaning, restoration, construction, or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
