Stagiaire comptabilité


Le job : Assister et supporter le département de la comptabilité dans l’ensemble de ses activités.  

  

Vos missions :


  • Saisie des factures et notes de frais
  • Suivi des écritures comptables ;
  • Rapprochements bancaires et les conciliations de comptes ;
  • Préparation des clôtures mensuelles ;
  • Classement et la gestion de la documentation comptable ;
  • Soutien aux analyses et aux travaux de fin de période.
  • Assistance aux activités administratives du département.


Vos compétences :


  • Étudiant.e en bachelor en administration et finance ou similaire ;  
  • Aisance à travailler avec Excel ; 
  • Proactif.ve, organisé.e et autonome.

Filiale du Groupe VINCI, VINCI Construction Grands Projets Canada intervient dans la réalisation de projets de construction et de génie civil de grande ampleur au Canada.   • La construction d’une ligne de métro au sud de Toronto qui implique la réalisation d’un tunnel de six kilomètres et des travaux de creusement connexes. Le projet comprend la conception, la construction et la remise de tous les tunnels (tubes jumelés de 6 km chacun), de 7 stations (clé en main pour : 1 station au niveau du sol et 6 stations souterraines) et des travaux de génie civil.
  • Le prolongement de la ligne de la Confédération à Ottawa, l'une des composantes de la phase 2 du système O-Train de la ville qui comprend la conception, la construction et le financement d'une infrastructure de train léger sur 27,5 kilomètres. Les travaux comprennent également 4 kilomètres de tunnels en tranchée couverte, 20 ouvrages d'art, 16 stations et une installation d'entretien légère
  • Le programme de remise à neuf de la centrale nucléaire de Pickering comprend la conception et la construction d'une nouvelle prise d'eau profonde dans le lac Ontario afin d'améliorer le système de refroidissement de la centrale. Ce projet comprendra un tunnel de 1,5 km de long, creusé par un tunnelier pressurisé (à boues de 10,5 m de diamètre), deux puits verticaux (terrestre et marin) et une structure de prise d'eau modulaire en mer, reposant sur le lit du lac. Ce projet se distingue par sa proximité avec un site nucléaire en activité, exigeant des normes rigoureuses de sécurité, de planification et de coordination.
